About Khao Sok: Featured on
this action-packed program is the Khao Sok National Park. The park
has a general topographic composition of Limestone Mountains and is
a virgin forest where various types of plant life can be found. Khao Sok
serves as a home for a number of very rare and sacred tree species,
as well as a wide variety of wildlife such as the gaur, banteng,
sambar deer, bear, Malayan tapir, macaque, gibbon, serow, mouse
deer, porcupine, marbled cat, wild boar, and Asian wild dog. It also
acts as the natural habitat for several bird species.

TOUR ITINERARY:
Day 1.
Arrive Krabi - Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to
Centara Grand Beach
Resort.
Enjoy the balance of the day at your leisure.
Day 2.
Arrive Krabi - Full day free at leisure in Krabi. (B)
Day 3. Krabi /
Khao Sok -
Pick up from your hotel and then
transfer to Phang-Nga province passing small rural villages, rubber
and oil palm plantations. Explore the rivers that cut through the
mangrove forest by dinghy. Explore the
smaller channels among the mangroves by self-paddle canoes.
Afterwards, board a Classic Burmese Junk where a Thai lunch
will be served. Spend the afternoon at leisure on a deserted beach, swim, relax or
paddle canoes. Late afternoon transfer to Khao Sok.

Day 4.
Khao Sok -
Wake up to the sounds of nature
and birds calling from the jungle. After breakfast, visit the
elephant camp in the Jungle. After lunch, take a canoe trip down the Sok River. Drift along the jungle river passing limestone mountains
and cliffs covered with exotic tropical vegetation. Occasionally, hornbills can be seen flying high overhead or reptiles basking in the
sun on riverbanks. From the canoe you will experience a world
that has remained unchanged for thousands of years. Dinner and overnight
at
Elephant Hills

Day 5.
Khao Sok / Phuket:
After breakfast at the resort, enjoy jungle trekking of Khao Sok's
nature-inspiring rainforest where you will witness species of exotic plants, tropical hardwood trees with
huge buttress roots, orchids, palms.
Weather permitting, lunch will be served in the rainforest cooked in
bamboo, a tradition of jungle explorers of centuries past. Proceed
to Phuket with accommodations at
Kata Beach resort.

Day 6. Phuket - Full day
