Our Beijing and
Hong Kong Impressions program features an incredible journey
to two of China’s most fascinating tourist destinations. This
tour is designed for travelers with limited time, offering six memorable
nights to sample China’s magnificent ancient civilization in Beijing,
followed by a sensational dose of modern-day excitement in Hong
Kong.
In Beijing, you will have the opportunity to visit some of China’s legendary landmarks known to the world's most distinguished travelers. Our tour includes visits to the Forbidden City,
the imperial palace for the Ming and Qing
dynasties; the
Summer Palace, a grand imperial palace and a royal garden of the
Qing Dynasty;
Tian'anmen
Square, the largest city square in the world; Temple of Heaven, the largest temple compound
and one of the most strictly protected and preserved cultural
heritages of China;
and of course, the magnificent Great
Wall of China, the symbol of Ancient Chinese civilization built two millenniums ago;
and the Ming Tombs, a group of
mausoleums of 13 Ming Emperors, their Empresses and Concubines.
Destination Hong Kong,
forever known as the "Pearl of the Orient", a sophisticated, diverse
and bustling metropolis with a tasteful blend of East and West, and
a gateway to the Orient, where millions come to savor its culinary
delicacies, hunt for extraordinary shopping bargains, and soak up
the energy of its electrifying nightlife.
Your tour includes sightseeing to a few of Hong Kong's
most popular attractions, including Victoria Peak,
offering visitors fantastic dining and entertainment
options with stunning harbor views; Aberdeen Harbour,
home to hundreds of traditional fishermen living on fishing
junks; Stanley Market, nestled in a
pleasant beach setting where visitors can find silk garments,
art, jewelry, and other souvenirs at great bargains; and
Repulse Bay, Hong Kong's most popular beach scene.
