ITINERARY:
Day 1.
Chiang Mai - Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to
the
Ayatana Hamlet Resort &
Spa. This
evening enjoy a Khantok dinner and hilltribe cultural dance show.

Day 2.
Chiang Mai / Karen Village -
Begin in Chiang Mai with
a picturesque drive through hills, plains and steep drops to the
North of Chiang Mai. On the way we will stop at the Mae Malai
local market to get in touch with local vendors selling their
fruits, vegetables, flowers and food. Continue on to a hot spring
for a picnic lunch. After lunch, begin a 3-hour trek through
tropical evergreen forests to Karen Hilltribe Village. Dinner
and overnight stay in a Karen home.

Day 3.
Lahu Village / Chiang Mai -
After breakfast, begin
your action-packed day by trekking to an elephant camp you will take
a 1.5 hour elephant ride to a Lahu Hilltribe Village. Enjoy
your lunch with Lahu villagers. After lunch begin a 3-hour bamboo
rafting trip down the curves and rapids of the twisty Mae
Taeng River to Shan Village. Transfer back to
Ayatana Hamlet Resort &
Spa. (B,L)
Day 4.
Depart Chiang Mai - Transfer to the airport for your departure
flight. (B)
