Designed specifically for families,
this action-packed journey to China
combines culture, history and great family fun to bring you the holiday experience
of a lifetime!
This meticulous
planned itinerary features two of China's greatest ancient
capitals, a visit to the world-renowned Panda Research & Breeding
Center in Chengdu, and touching down on one the planet's top entertainment Meccas.
Your introduction to China begins in
Beijing, where the opportunity of a glimpse into China's
magnificent three thousand year history awaits. You will visit legendary
landmarks such as The Forbidden City,
Ming Tombs, The
Summer Palace,
Temple of Heaven, and of course, the Great
Wall of China -- all with the convenience and comfort of China's
modern day infrastructure, personalized service and superb accommodations.
A short flight then takes you to Xian,
the beautiful ancient capital
for over 1,000 years of 13 dynasties, and home of the legendary Terracotta
Warriors - an archaeological gem that has inspired millions
from across the globe.
Next,
we take you to Chengdu in Sichuan Province famous for its natural
beauty and Panda inhabitance. Here
you will have an opportunity to see
Pandas in action as well as to visit the world's oldest irrigation
system at Dujiang Weir built over two thousand years ago. We then take you to the ultra-modern
metropolis of Shanghai where you have the world virtually at your
finger tips. In addition to all the great sites in Shanghai, we
visit the ancient water-town of Zhujiajiao, forever known for
its beautiful canals, local markets and traditional setting.
Finally your farewell to China is greeted with an awe-inspiring ride on the
planets fastest, and one-and-only MagLev Train. A futuristic marvel
with a magnetic levitation system that propels a train with no
wheels, wings or engine at a top speed exceeding 300 mph. But don't
blink -- there is a lot to be missed with a bat of an eye!
Get ready for the adventure of a
lifetime!
