Our China & Thailand Explorient program offers our guests an unforgettable journey to China and Thailand. This fascinating 16-day expedition showcases several of China's most requested spots, followed by an exotic visit to the Kingdom of Thailand.

Your voyage begins with visits to four of China's signature destinations. First, we bring you to two of China's greatest ancient capitals -- Beijing & Xian, where you'll experience first-hand a few of China’s legendary landmarks and national treasures including the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, Ming Tombs, and tomb of Emperor Qin Shihuang, home of the infamous Terra-cotta Warriors. We then embark on a memorable excursion to beautiful Guilin, where visitors are forever mesmerized by its striking scenic beauty; followed by an excursion to Kunming, where visitors have a chance to explore the wonders its remarkable Stone Forest.

Next, we then invite you to two of Thailand's most popular spots -- Chiang Mai, a city with a beautiful cultural personality blessed with majestic natural beauty with visits to exotic elephant camps and a primitive hilltribe village; followed by Bangkok, a vibrant international city with a tasteful blend of East and West, dazzling landmarks and boundless entertainment -- from gourmet restaurants and space age nightclubs to colorful night markets and hip bars.

• Prices are per person, based on double occupancy

• When Trans-Pacific travel takes place on a weekend (Fri-Sun), add $50 per person each direction.

• 2008 Olympics:

  • Blackout dates in Beijing between Aug. 01 - 31, 2008

  • Hotel surcharges & other restrictions in China apply during Olympic Period (July 15 - Sept. 15)

• U.S. & Foreign departure taxes, fees and fuel surcharges are not included (Approx. $650).

• For add-on fares from eligible connecting U.S. domestic cities, please refer to Connecting Cities chart.

• Price excludes personal expenses, beverages, gratuities to guides and drivers

• *For air & land option, airfare supplement of $160 applies for travel between December 9 - 29
