In recent years, Japan has become one
of the hottest family travel destinations the world over. Japan's
vibrant and ultra-modern society is distinctively complemented by
its magnificent history, timeless traditions, incomparable
hospitality and breathtaking natural sceneries -- making Japan truly
a world class destination for explorers and families alike.
Your
journey of Japan begins with one of the world's most modern yet
historic cities -- Tokyo, affectionately known as Edo, the ancient
capital where the Tokugawa Shogunate ruled Japan for centuries.
We'll show you the highlights of city plus an awe-inspiring visit to
the sacred Mt. Fuji.
Traveling at the speed in excess of 180 MPH, you will catch a
glimpse of the Japan's lush and tranquil countryside on board one of
the world's most advanced locomotives. We visit the historical town Inuyama
in Aichi Prefecture,
famous for its Inuyama Castle, a national treasure, Rhine Boat
Cruise and Cormorant fishing. Enroute to Kyoto, we take an excursion of Nagoya, Japan's 4th largest
city, visiting the Toyota Commemorative Museum, a state-of-the-art
industrial museum that showcases everything from ancient textile
manufacturing, to 21st Century automotive design; followed by Nagoya
Castle and Tokugawa Museum.
Your journey continues on to Kyoto, the ancient capital of Japan for
more than a thousand years. Kyoto is forever known for its history
and culture, casting an image of Old Japan where ancient Buddhist
temples, traditional wooden houses, stunning palaces and beautiful
classical gardens abound.
