Join Tour - Thursday Departure*

At last, Hokkaido is a "hidden" Gem no more. This unforgettable scenic adventure features the unspoiled lands of Hokkaido -- a photographer's dream offering the privileged few a rare glimpse of the most spectacular landscapes in all of Japan.  Your awe-inspiring journey begins by touching down in Tokyo, arguably the Planet's most modern metropolis renowned for its vivacious energy, contrasts between the old and the new, the traditional and modern that makes Tokyo an exciting place for travelers to visit the world over.

After a few days of sheer excitement, quickly transcend to the breathtaking sceneries of Hokkaido, a little known nature-lovers' paradise located in Northern Japan. Your expedition commences by journeying eastbound traversing through the rolling hills, picturesque landscapes and lavender fields of Flowerland Kamifurano before arriving Sounkyo, a mountain resort located in Daisetsuzan National Park beautifully accented by towering rock pillars and an arsenal of spectacular waterfalls.

Continue overland to Shiretoko National Park located in the Eastern Peninsula, an UNESCO World Heritage Site and "must see" of Hokkaido boasting one of Japan's most  pristine nature preserves. Visit Lake Saroma and the quaint fishing village of Utoro where one can experience the region's numerous natural hot springs after a day's trek at Shiretoko. Proceed to the volcanic region of Akan while indulging your senses on an array of  fascinating volcanoes - both active and dormant, crystal-clear alpine lakes, invigorating onsens, verdant grasslands and countless species of Wildlife.

After four memorable days of sensory overload, we conclude our trip in Sapporo where its population stood at just seven people in 1857 but has rapidly opened its door to the World since hosting the 1972 Winter Olympic Games. Here, enjoy a city tour with your private guide at a leisurely pace and explore the delights of Sapporo.
