TOUR
ITINERARY:
Day 1.
Upon arrival in Yichang, commence
brief sightseeing (time permitting) before boarding your cruise ship
and begin
your journey up the Yangtze River. (B)
Day 2. Cruise along the Yangtze. Today you will visit the site of the
Three Gorges Dam at Sandouping. When completed in 2008, it will be the
largest reservoir in the world. This evening enjoy the captain’s welcome
party. (B,L,D)
Day 3. Today you will cruise through the
legendary Three Gorges: Xiling, Wu & Qutang. After arriving at Wushan,
enjoy a motor boat ride on the Daning River through the towering Three
Small Gorges. Enjoy an unforgettable boat journey along the
spectacular Shennong Stream (B,L,D)
Day 4. Today’s shore excursion
takes you to Fengdu to visit Snow Jade Cave. Discovered in the
mid-1990's, the cave is over 1,022 miles long. At present, it is the
youngest cave discovered in China. The cave houses many spectacular
karst formations like the waterfall, the stone hair, stone shield, coral
and some animal shaped ones. (B,L,D) ***Note: Shore excursion will be changed to Wanxian
or another alternative location subject to local conditions.***
Day 6. Disembark cruise. Transfer to the
airport for your flight onward. (B)
