1. COLLECTION OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE
INFORMATION BY EXPLORIENT.COM

Explorient.com and have not registered for any online service from
Explorient, you browse anonymously. However,
in an effort to make our
site as effective and enjoyable as possible, the computers that operate
the site will collect certain information each time you visit the site
and store these statistics in server logs. These statistics do not
identify you personally, but will give us information regarding the type
of user who is accessing the site and certain browsing activities of
that user. Information collected in this way includes the IP address of
the user accessing our site (i.e. the unique I.D. number of the user's

fill out a travel request form or are booking a tour through
Explorient.com, certain Personal Identifiable Information will be

name, E-mail address, a home, postal or other physical address, or other

Explorient.com collects the full name and contact
number for a traveler when a travel reservation is made. We may also
collect information about each traveler's preferences, including meal
requests, seat selection, frequent flyer/hotel/car rental programs and
ticketing options. When someone other than yourself is accompanying you
on travel purchased through Explorient.com, we may collect Personal
Identifiable Information and travel preferences about that individual.
You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing
Explorient.com with their full names, contact numbers, e-mail addresses,
and travel preferences, as they will be unable to directly access our
systems to view or change any information you provide on their behalf.
When you reserve your travel through Explorient.com,
you are requested to provide the billing address of the credit card that
is used to purchase your travel. We will also collect credit card
information, including card number, card type, cardholder name, and
expiration date, in order to bill you for your travel.
At no time will we sell, trade, or rent your personal
information to third parties. We may, however, choose to disclose
any information, including personally identifiable information, we deem
necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law,
regulation, legal process or governmental request. We may also exchange
information, including personally identifiable information, with other
companies and organizations for credit fraud protection and risk
reduction.
3. SHARED INFORMATION
To process and provide the services you request, we may share your
Personal Identifying Information with authorized partners - including
airlines, hotels, and ground operators. These partners and service
providers need information about your profile, such as your names,
contact information, your travel's preferences, such as meal requests,
seat selection, frequent flyer/hotel/car rental programs and ticketing
options. Since we are our own tour operator, we process the
purchase of your travel reservation and request. We DO NOT share
with our partners and providers your credit card information.
4. SECURITY
Explorient.com is committed to protecting the information we receive
from you. We follow reasonable technical and management practices to
help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored
on our system. Our site encrypts your credit card number and other
personal information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology to
provide for the secure transmission of the information from your PC to
our servers. For the protection of
your credit card information, Explorient utilizes a VeriSignTM
secure site for accepting credit card information.
5. COOKIES AND IP ADDRESSES
We may place a "cookie" on your computer's hard drive so we can
recognize you as a return user and personalize your experience. A cookie
is a piece of data that enables us to track and target your preferences.
The cookie will be stored on your computer's hard drive until you remove
it. We may also use temporary or "session" cookies to help you purchase
our travel packages. These cookies will expire when you place an order.
You can have your browser notify you of, or automatically reject,
cookies. If you reject our cookies, you may still use the Site, but you
may be limited in the use of some of the features.
We
may collect the IP addresses used to access our Site and the dates and
times of access. This information is used to analyze trends, administer
the Site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic
information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not personally linked to
identifiable information.

Explorient.com website
may contain links to or from other websites. Please be aware that we are
not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. This
Privacy Policy applies only to the information we collect on
Explorient.com site. We encourage you to read the privacy policies
of other websites you link to from the Explorient.com site or otherwise

7. CHILDREN UNDER 13
We take special steps to safeguard the
privacy of children. If you are under 13 years of age, you may browse
our Site. However, you may not provide personal information to us. For
example, you cannot register or make a purchase. This Site is not
designed for children and we do not knowingly collect personally
identifiable information from any children under 13.
