TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1. Arrive Chiang Mai
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Chiang Mai for your next 4 nights’ accommodations. In the evening, take a foodies tour of Chiang Mai and sample some of the most tasty treats the city has to offer. Our first stop is at the legendary Warorot market where you will have the opportunity to explore the market and take in some of the local flavors. Afterward, head to the outer environs of the city to sample the quintessential Northern Thailand dish Kao Soi. Enjoy a stroll of the night market before returning to your hotel. (D)

Day 2 Chiang Mai (Elephant Experience)
Today, enjoy full day of a memorable, once-in-a-lifetime experience with your choice of elephant Experience at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary featuring an elephant care program (no riding) where you’ll have a chance to look after (feed, bathe) these gentle giants bare-back. Day 3. Chiang Mai (Cooking Lesson)
This morning, enjoy a fun-filled Thai Culinary lesson at Pantawan Cooking School. Nestled in the countryside just 10 minutes outside the city, Pantawan is a classic teak wood house with an intimate setting with its own herb garden, Here, we begin the session with a market visit to choose the day’s freshest ingredients followed by an opportunity to prepare your very own Thai lunch with the help of an expert chef. Afternoon free at leisure to relax and explore Chiang Mai on your own.  ****Includes private transfers. Cooking session on JOIN basis with other participants.****

Day 4. Chiang Mai (Doi Suthep)
Enjoy a morning tour of Chiang Mai City visiting local temples, markets and residential areas. Afterwards, drive up Doi Suthep Mountain and visit the most sacred Temple in Northern Thailand, located at an altitude of nearly 5,000 ft. Return to Chiang Mai in the afternoon and enjoy the balance of the day at leisure. (B)

Day 5. Depart Chiang Mai
Transfer to Chiang Mai airport for your departure flight onward. (B)
