Day 1 Arrive Bogota
Upon arrival in Bogota, be met and transferred to your hotel for your next 3 nights' accommodations.

Day 2 Bogota 
Your introduction to Bogota begins with a walking tour of the Colombian capital's must-sees. Starting with a ride through the historical part of Bogotá, La Candelaria dotted with impressive landmarks such as the Governmental Palace and Plaza de Bolívar as well as exquisite street art that depict the city's history and culture.  Enjoy visits to museums of your choice including Museo del Oro (Gold Museum), Emerald museum and museum of the famous Colombian artist Fernando Botero. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant followed by a visit of Cerro de Monserrate for a bird's eye view of Bogota before returning to your hotel in the afternoon.

Later this evening, head back out for an epicurean adventure that starts with a stroll through the Chapinero neighborhood famed for its contemporary cuisine with an array of restaurants and gastronomic options from local and international chefs. Tonight's food-themed program comprises of dinner at three award-winning restaurants that include appetizers, main course, dessert & a cocktail. The festivities will be accompanied by a food concierge who will guide you through this experience, plus a meet & greet session with the chefs and/or owners of the restaurants. (B,L,D)

Day 3 Bogota (Zipaquira Salt Cathedral) 
Today, travel beyond Bogota's hustle and bustle to Zipaquirá, an impressive Salt Cathedral crafted inside an underground still-active salt mine. Walking inside the Salt Cathedral offers a very special experience demonstrating miners' devotion to the Holy Virgin of Guasca who protects them. Admire the sculptures and crosses made from salt and marble, as well as distinctive features such as the choir, Stations of the Cross and water mirrors. Today, Zipaquira is considered one of the biggest religious constructions worldwide and was named amed as the first of the Seven Wonders of Colombia. Return to Bogota and further explore the city with your guide and car at disposal. This evening, enjoy dinner at the award-winning Criterium by Raush. (B,D)

Day 4 Bogota / Coffee Triangle
Transfer to the airport for a short flight to Armenia, the gateway to Colombia's Coffee Triangle that offers travelers a myriad of sights and activities such as coffee & fruit plantations, butterfly farms, botanical gardens, hot springs, river rafting, and national parks. Check-in at your resort nestled in the country's famed Coffee Triangle. After settling in, enjoy a leisurely hike at the resort's 500+ acre cacao plantation along with some bird watching opportunities, OR a Cacao workshop to learn about Chocolate-making. Dinner is served at the resort this evening. (B,D)

Day 5 Coffee Tringle (Coffee Experience)
Today's program features an immersive cultural experience at a typical coffee plantation in the region. Here, relish the chance to mingle with the local people as well as learning all there is to know about the entire coffee process - from planting to harvesting all the way to brewing that perfect cup of Joe. Enjoy a delicious home-cooked lunch prepared by the family chef (with your help) followed by some freshly harvested coffee. Return to your resort and enjoy the balance of the afternoon to relax and soak up the region's tranquil countryside setting.  Dinner is served at the resort this evening. (B,L,D)

Day 6 Coffee Triangle (Salento & Cocora Valley)
This morning, take a drive through the beautiful countryside to Salento, the oldest municipality in the Quindío with colonial houses painted in vibrant colors, balconies full of flowers and warm, friendly people. After a brief visit, embark on a leisurely hike in Cocora Valley, home to the Wax Palm, Colombia's national tree. Rising up to a heigh of 200+ ft, they are the tallest palms in the world. After your two-hour hike, finish the afternoon enjoying a delicious lunch and playing traditional games such as the "Tejo" or the "Rana" accompanied by a nice cold Colombian beer.  Dinner at the resort. Day 7 Coffee Triangle / Medellin
Transfer to Armenia Airport for your short flight to Medellin. Upon arrival, be met and transferred to your hotel. Later this evening, experience this cosmopolitan city's innovative gastronomic fares at two of Medellin's famed restaurants - OCI and Carmen. OCI is a restaurant owned by a local chef whose thematic is from the 80s with a menu using fresh produce and organic products. Meanwhile, Carmen features contemporary gastronomy that employs new culinary techniques using a diverse array of ingredients. Enjoy a tasing menu at both venues followed by a cocktail at a bar while catching a glimpse Medellin's nightlife. (B,D)

Day 8 Medellin 
Twenty years ago, Medellín was one of the most dangerous cities in the world due to drug violence during the Pablo Escobar era. But since 2002, Medellín began to change. Local politicians started to invest heavily in infrastructure and public education. Today, the “City of Eternal Spring” is one of the most innovative metropolises in the world. This morning's tour goes through the history and present of Medellín, as well as the transformation of this fascinating metropolis. Famed for the great variety of urban arts resulted from the transformation, Medellin is so full of artistic expressions of cultural and political context through street art that local authorities declared it a cultural landmark of Medellin. Take a stroll through the city's famed Comuna 13 guided by a local artist who will help provide context of these street arts as well as insights on the local folks' daily lives.

Later, enjoy a cooking class at a community based social transformation project which trains low-income Colombians to cook and sell healthy food from around the globe. This social project was setup by a Canadian chef where proceeds received from visitors are reinvested in the community project, subsidizing training, materials and equipment for low-income project participants. While preparing a dish together with local neighborhood folks, you'll experience a memorable authentic cultural exchange through food. (B,L)

Day 9 Medellin (Guatape)
This morning, take a drive outside Medellin's hustle and bustle to one of Colombia's most scenic spots. Gautape's famed Peñol Boulder rises 200-meter-high which can be climbed through a staircase of 740 steps. For those who are up for it, enjoy breathtaking views over the stunning surroundings of lush green mountains and blue lakes. Enjoy a typical Colombian lunch along the shores of the Guatapé reservoir, a boat ride around the lake, and a stroll around the charming village of Guatapé famed for its colorful houses. Return to Medellin. (B,L)

Day 10 Medellin / Cartagena 
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Cartagena. Upon arrival, be met and transferred to your hotel inside the Walled City. Later this afternoon, enjoy a rum tasting experience around beautiful Cartagena. Led by one of the most important Mixologists in Colombia, he/she will guide and show you that the mysterious world of liquor that goes way beyond a bottle. Colombia is home to the finest artisan rums in the world and you'll have a chance to experience them first hand accompanied by the best chocolates of our land. Overnight in Cartagena. (B)

Day 11 Cartagena 
This morning, enjoy a walking tour of beautiful Cartagena. Starting with a visit to La Popa Convent, enjoy spectacular views over the entire city. Proceed to the biggest fortress built by the Spaniards in South America, the San Felipe de Barajas Fortress, followed a stroll through the old city. Afternoon free at leisure to eat, shop and explore bustling Cartagena on your own. (B)

Day 12 Cartagena (Islas Rosario) 
Today, enjoy a fantastic and relaxing day of island-hopping on board your own privately chartered 36' Fountaine Pajot Tobago Catamaran. Cruise through the archipelago of the Rosario Islands in style where you'll have a chance to swim, snorkel and sunbathe. A picnic lunch is served on one of the islands. Overnight in Cartagena. (B,L)

Day 13 Depart Cartagena 
Transfer to Cartagena Airport for your departure flight onward. (B)
