1. COLLECTION OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION BY EXPLORIENT.COM
When you browse Explorient.com and have not registered for any online service from Explorient, you browse anonymously. However, in an effort to make our site as effective and enjoyable as possible, the computers that operate the site will collect certain information each time you visit the site and store these statistics in server logs. 2. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION BY EXPLORIENT.COM
Information collected on Explorient.com may be used to:
- Register you as an Explorient.com member
- Plan and process your travel requests
- Notify you of travel changes through the Travel Alerts service
- Send marketing communications or surveys to you
- Respond to your questions or suggestions
- Improve the quality of your visit to our site
Explorient.com collects the full name and contact number for a traveler when a travel reservation is made. We may also collect information about each traveler’s preferences, including meal requests, seat selection, frequent flyer/hotel/car rental programs and ticketing options. When someone other than yourself is accompanying you on travel purchased through Explorient.com, we may collect Personal Identifiable Information and travel preferences about that individual. You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing Explorient.com with their full names, contact numbers, e-mail addresses, and travel preferences, as they will be unable to directly access our systems to view or change any information you provide on their behalf.
When you reserve your travel through Explorient.com, you are requested to provide the billing address of the credit card that is used to purchase your travel. We will also collect credit card information, including card number, card type, cardholder name, and expiration date, in order to bill you for your travel.
At no time will we sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may, however, choose to disclose any information, including personally identifiable information, we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. We may also exchange information, including personally identifiable information, with other companies and organizations for credit fraud protection and risk reduction.
3. SHARED INFORMATION
To process and provide the services you request, we may share your Personal Identifying Information with authorized partners – including airlines, hotels, and ground operators. These partners and service providers need information about your profile, such as your names, contact information, your travel’s preferences, such as meal requests, seat selection, frequent flyer/hotel/car rental programs and ticketing options. Since we are our own tour operator, we process the purchase of your travel reservation and request. We DO NOT share with our partners and providers your credit card information.
4. SECURITY
Explorient.com is committed to protecting the information we receive from you. We follow reasonable technical and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system. Our site encrypts your credit card number and other personal information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology to provide for the secure transmission of the information from your PC to our servers. For the protection of your credit card information, Explorient utilizes a VeriSignTM secure site for accepting credit card information.
5. COOKIES AND IP ADDRESSES
We may place a “cookie” on your computer’s hard drive so we can recognize you as a return user and personalize your experience. A cookie is a piece of data that enables us to track and target your preferences. The cookie will be stored on your computer’s hard drive until you remove it. IP addresses are not personally linked to identifiable information.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the information we collect on Explorient.com site. 7. CHILDREN UNDER 13
We take special steps to safeguard the privacy of children. If you are under 13 years of age, you may browse our Site. However, you may not provide personal information to us. For example, you cannot register or make a purchase. This Site is not designed for children and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any children under 13.
