14 Days / 13 Nights – Tour Code (MBS) – semi-private tour – Departs Daily
Buckle up and get ready for an uncommon journey like no other to one of the planet’s most diverse ecosystems – Malaysia. Besides being a haven for some of world’s best amazing eco-adventures with its fascinating wildlife, unspoiled rainforests and spectacular beaches, Malaysia is a also a gastronomical paradise home to a wealth of art, exotic cultures and hundreds of colorful festivals like nowhere else in the Orient.
Your introduction of Malaysia begins with Kuala Lumpur, affectionately known as KL, this sophisticated metropolis boasts a tasteful blend of dazzling architectures, fantastic shopping, bustling nightlife, amazing cuisines all in a unique melting-pot of races and religions where Malays, Indians, Chinese and many ethnic groups live together in peace and harmony. For those who love architecture, KL never ceases to impress the visitor with its myriad of beautiful mosques and temples, colonial buildings with a fusion of East and West, and glittering skyscrapers have become the symbol of KL. For the food lover, KL is simply “heaven”, boasting a countless spread of tantalizing Malay, Chinese and Indian cuisines from ultra-fine dining experiences to irresistible fun-filled hawkers (food courts) showcasing mouth-watering local eats and seafood that are out of this world.
After a heavy dose of culture, we shift gears to experience what Malaysia is most famous for – unrivaled nature, exotic wildlife and awesome adventure. Located in the Sabah, Borneo is the 3rd largest island in the world largely covered by dense jungle containing some of oldest rainforests in the world. Here we explore Borneo’s virgin jungles by land and by boat to Sepilok and Kinabatangan Wildlife Sanctuary to observe some stunningly unique wildlife including the elusive Proboscis long-nose monkey, Macaques, Hornbills and of course the Orang-utan.
Last but not least, we end the trip at one of Malaysia’s most beautiful and diverse seaside spots – Kota Kinabalu. Home to Mount Kinabalu and some of the most prolific marine life on Earth, choose from an array of activities your heart desires everything from blissful relaxation on its white sandy shores, to diving and snorkeling atop virgin coral reefs, or a round of golf at one of KK’s Championship courses. They’re all here.
Get ready for the trip of a lifetime!
