Day 1 Depart North America
Depart USA for Beijing via Cathay Pacific Airways, connecting in Hong Kong.
Day 2 Beijing
Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for your next 3 nights’ accommodations.
Day 3 Beijing
Today you will visit the spectacular and less crowded Mutianyu section of the Great Wall with cable car ride. After lunch, proceed by rickshaw to the Old Quarters of Beijing, also known as the Hutongs, visiting a local family’s residence and the Bell & Drum Towers. This evening, enjoy a Peking Duck dinner followed by an Acrobatics Performance. (B,L,D)
Day 4 Beijing
A full-day tour today visits the Forbidden City, Summer Palace, the Temple of Heaven and Tiananmen Square. (B,L)
Day 5 Beijing/Xian
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Xian. Upon arrival, commence sightseeing of the Yangling Tombs and City Wall before transferring to your hotel. This evening, enjoy a stroll through the Night Markets in Muslim Quarters. (B)
Day 6 Xian
Today’s full-day tour includes the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the City Wall and the tomb of the Emperor Qin Shi Huang Di with its Terracotta army. Tonight, enjoy a Tang Dynasty dinner and cultural show. (B,L,D)
Day 7 Xian / Guilin
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Guilin. Upon arrival, commence brief city sightseeing of Elephant Trunk Hill and Reed Flute Cave (as time permits) before transferring to your hotel. (B)
Day 8 Guilin
A full-day tour today includes a cruise along the Li River. Enjoy sightseeing of Yangshuo before returning to Guilin in the afternoon. Enjoy an International Buffet Dinner at your hotel. (B,L,D)
Day 9 Guilin / Bangkok
Transfer for your flight to Bangkok, connecting in Hong Kong (or Guangzhou). Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for your next 3 nights’ accommodations. (B)
Day 10 Bangkok
Enjoy a morning tour of the two famous Buddhist temples in Bangkok: Wat Trimit, with its Golden Buddha (5½ tons of solid gold) and Wat Po, with its massive reclining Buddha. Afterwards, enjoy a visit to ‘Chedi of the Kings’ as well as the Royal Grand Palace, including Wat Phra Kaew, famous for its Emerald Buddha. (B)
Day 11 Bangkok
Enjoy a full day at leisure to shop and further explore Bangkok on your own. Many optional tours (Floating Market, River Kwai, Ayuthaya, Thai Culinary Lesson, etc.) are available upon request. (B)
Day 12 Bangkok / Phuket
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Phuket. Upon arrival, be met and transferred to your resort. Enjoy the balance of the afternoon at leisure. (B)
Day 13 Phuket (Phang Nga Bay)
Today, enjoy a full-day excursion to beautiful Phang Nga Bay on board the June Bahtra Siamese Junk. Visit the famous James Bond Island and explore mangrove forests, a sea cave and a sea gypsy village. Enjoy swimming in the afternoon before returning to your hotel. A buffet lunch is served on board. Day 14 Phuket
